General Tryouts:

16U - 3:00 to 4:00 P.M.
Players at the 12U, 14U, & 16U levels will be evaluated for team formation. Tryout teams will be formed at 14U and 16U. While MVSA does not create a "Try-out team" at the 12U level, we do use evaluations for team formation to evenly distribute the athletes playing levels. Although not required, all 12U players are asked to attend tryouts.

Registration for Traveling Teams (League Play) has now ended.
In-House (Rec Play) registration will stay open yet.

Available now is Wednesday gym time at Edgewood from 6:30 - 8:00.
Starting in January we will have gym time on Tuesdays too. At Pinewood from 6-8.

The Mounds View Softball Association (MVSA) is committed to: providing opportunities for girls to play fastpitch softball; promoting and supporting fastpitch softball in the Mounds View 621 School District area; emphasizing development of fundamental softball skills in a fun, safe and competitive environment; and ensuring a positive and rewarding experience to maximize personal and team growth.
Participation is open to all girls ages 7 to 19 living or attending school in the Mounds View School District 621 attendance area. This includes girls living in the Arden Hills, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, Shoreview and Vadnais Heights communities.
Location: Home games for traveling teams are played at Rice Creek Fields, located at 5880 Rice Creek Parkway in Shoreview (between County Roads I & J).
