14U A and B (No Club or Elite teams will be accepted in this tounament.)

NAFA Qualifier

Location: Rice Creek Fields
Shoreview, MN
I35W and County Rd. I

Time: 65 minute games. If game ends in a tie the international tie breaker rules will apply. (Sunday only) Pool play games can end in a tie.

Fee: $275.00 

Game Balls: Provided

Games: Four game guarantee.

Format: Pool play on Saturday. Single game elimination on Sunday.
-In the event 2 or more teams are tied as a result of pool play, the following tie breakers(in order) will be used to seed teams into the sunday brackets:
1. Head to Head
2. Fewest number of runs allowed
3. Most runs scored
4. Coin toss 

Rules:
-Coin toss at the beginning of each game will determine the home team.
-All teams will bat their entire roster.
-There will be unlimited substitutions of players on defense.
-The 15 run rule will go intp effect after three innings and the 8 run rule after five innings.
-All teams must check in 30 minutes prior to their first game. Teams must provide a team roster and coaches cell phone number.
-All protests will be settled on the field. Umpire decisions are final.
-The tournament director reserves the right to shorten the length of any games do to bad weather.

Championship Game: Will be played for a full 7 innings with no time limit. (Run rules will still apply.) The game will have two umpires.
